Advanced DAW routing & bouncing setup – Composer Bridge

Share this:

As Composer Bridge keeps gathering momentum on social media and online forums/groups I’ve decided to create a new piece of content that might be very useful to many.

Below you’ll find the second in a series of videos where we explore in depth some of the features you saw in the Composer Bridge overview presentation. In the process you’ll learn precious tips on how to use some of the software applications that are part of the Composer Bridge ecosystem.

Advanced DAW routing and bouncing setup

Have you ever dreamt of having all articulations for a given instrument in a single MIDI track but being able to export separate audio tracks of only the long notes, the short notes, the dry signal, the wet signal? Watch the video below and your dream will become reality! I show it on Digital Performer and Vienna Ensemble Pro but it is easy to adapt the technique to any DAW.

I am happy to create much more content around Composer Bridge if there is enough demand. Please let me “hear you voice” in the comments and on socials. A distribution is not in sight at the moment, however I’ll keep the official Composer Bridge page updated on the topic, so bookmark it and check it often if you are interested. See you soon!
