Podcast Episode 07 – Iria Pizania – Filmmakers Feedback

Share this:

We are back, and it’s a new year!! Well, our podcast is only half a year old though. To celebrate the first episode of 2020 there is a little big surprise in this entry, keep reading to find out what…

Episode 7’s guest is a talented director and producer, her name is Iria Pizania and she is no stranger on our platform

Iria discussed many topics with me. Among them, how to shape the about section of a composer’s website and why communication is always key.

For the first time on the series Iria shared with the audience one of her short films with the music track muted. This gave the opportunity to some of our readers to create a bespoke score that we reviewed during the episode. We listened to scores submitted by composers Marcelo Contreras, Joel Frias, and Julia Lesnichy.

Everything mentioned above is just the tip of the iceberg. Make sure you check the whole episode out to get plenty of useful tips! You can do so in 3 ways:

  1. by listening to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts and all the other major platforms.
  2. by watching the video version of the show on YouTube.
  3. by playing it from this page directly, audio and video embeds below.

Make sure you submit your music for the upcoming episodes and ask our next guests your questions using the “SEND VOICE MESSAGE” button on Anchor.

Lastly I have a favour to ask: this is a very young podcast and it needs your help to reach a large audience. Please subscribe and share this page or direct links to the episodes with your friends and colleagues and help me spread the word! Thanks <3

Next episode coming up in February 2020…
